Cara Membuat Misoa Goreng - Misoa goreng merupakan salah satu makanan pokok yang dikreasikan menjadi jajanan atau snack ringan yang enak dan gurih. Memiliki bahan utama misoa yang dicampur daging giling, cincangan wortel dan daun bawang layaknya bakwan membuat misoa goreng menjadi gorengan yang special.

Berbicara misoa, saat ini ada 2 cara membuat misoa goreng yang resepnya bertebaran di grup masakan Facebook, Instagram dan juga google. Salah satunya adalah misoa goreng yang dibuat seperti adonan bakwan yang langsung digoreng.

Dan yang kedua adalah misoa goreng yang dibuat dengan cara dikukus terlebih dahulu, kemudian potong kotak adonan, celup ke dalam kocokan telur lalu di goreng ke dalam minyak panas yang cukup banyak.

Resep dan Cara Membuat Misoa Goreng Ekonomis 
Cara membuat Misao Goreng

Bahan-bahan Misoa Goreng : 

  • Misoa 100 gram, rendam air hangat
  • Wortel 100 gram, potong korek api (kalau saya diserut saja biar cepat)
  • Daun bawang secukupnya, iris halus
  • Udang kupas 100 gram, dihaluskan
  • Telur 1 butir

Bumbu Halus Misoa Goreng :

  • Bawang putih 2 siung
  • Garam secukupnya
  • Merica Secukupnya

Cara Membuat Misoa Goreng : 

  1. Pertama-tama campur semua bahan, lalu aduk hingga rata.
  2. Selanjutnya sendokkan adonan ke dalam minyak panas, lalu goreng hingga kecoklatan dan matang.
  3. Lakukan terus sampai adonan habis.
  4. Angkat, lalu tiriskan di atas tisu agar minyak sedikit terserap.
  5. Sajikan selagi hangat.
