Dari pada penasaran, akhirnya coba bikin deh resep udang goreng bihun ini. Ternyata rasanya enak loh. Udang segar dengan rasa manis gurih yang alami benar-benar enak dimakan sebagai camilan maupun untuk lauk nasi. Pokoknya kriuk renyah kress kress gitu pas masuk mulut.

Yuk langsung cus resep aja yaaa, bikinnya gampang tapi membutuhkan kesabaran. Hahahahah :D

Bahan-Bahan Udang Goreng Bihun : 

  • 500 gram udang besar, kupas kulitnya, bersihkan.
  • 1 bungkus bihun (Harus bihun ya bukan soun, saya pakai bihun goreng instant yang sudah ada bumbunya) Kalau pakai bihun biasa, boleh ditambahkan sedikit kaldu bubuk biar ada rasa gurihnya. 

Bahan Saus Udang Goreng Bihun : 

  • 3 sdm saus sambal
  • 1 sdm saus tiram
  • 2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
  • 5 buah cabai rawit merah
  • 1 sdm air asam jawa
  • Air secukupnya

Cara Menggoreng Udang Goreng Bihun : 

  1. Rendam bihun dengan air hangat hingga lembut. Setelah lembut, saring lalu buang airnya. Tambahkan bumbu yang tersedia di dalam kemasan bihun aduk rata. 
  2. Jika pakai bihun tanpa bumbu, bisa ditambahkan sedikit kaldu bubuk atau penyedap rasa Royco.
  3. Selanjutnya ambil 1 ekor udang, lilitkan dengan bihun. Lakukan hingga habis. 
  4. Terakhir goreng udang hingga kuning keemasan atau matang, angkat, sisihkan.

Langkah Membuat Saus : 

  1. Siapkan wajan, tumis bawang putih hingga harum. 
  2. Masukkan cabai, saus sambal, saus tiram dan air secukupnya. 
  3. Masak hingga mendidih dan mengental. 
  4. Kemudian tambahkan air asam jawa, aduk2 sebentar, matikan api, tuang dalam mangkuk.
  5. Sajikan dengan udang bihun selagi hangat. Mantul!
