Cara Membuat Ubi Goreng Fantasi Jajanan Bule

  Akhirnya langsung cari ubi jalar, kebetulan dapat ubi kuning. Jadi cocok seperti resep ubi goreng fantasi yang Mak Frida tulis. Next pengin coba juga bikin ubi ungu fantasi dan juga ubi putih fantasi, rasanya sama-sama enak ngga ya?

Bagi yang masih bingung sebenarnya apa sih ubi fantasi ini? Jadi sebenarnya ubi goreng fantasi merupakan salah satu makanan atau gorengan ala bule yang dibuat dengan adonan ubi kukus sebagai bahan utamanya. Yang kemudian di haluskan, dan di kepal-kepal di stick es krim lalu di goreng dengan lapisan tepung panir alias tepung roti. Rasanya enak, manisnya pas dan super crispy di luar dari tepung panirnya.

Selain di goreng sampai kekuningan dan matang, ubi goreng fantasi ini juga di beri topping manis seperti susu kental manis coklat yang di padukan dengan meises coklat, keju dan juga gumpaste mini. Kalau lagi ngga ada topping tersebut, ubi goreng tepung panir ini enak juga kalau di beri topping saus sirup rasa pandan dan juga apel. Jadi untuk topping bisa di sesuaikan dengan selera ya.

Step by Step Membuat Resep Ubi Goreng Fantasi Homemade

Resep Ubi Goreng Fantasi
Ubi Goreng Fantasi


Bahan Bumbu Ubi Fantasi :

  • Ubi kukus 600 gram, haluskan
  • Tepung tapioka 2 sendok makan
  • Gula halus 2 sendok makan
  • Garam 1 sendok teh

Bahan Pencelup / Pelapis :

  • Tepung terigu 4 sendok makan 
  • Garam 1 sendok teh
  • Air 100 mili liter
  • Tepung panir 100 gram 

Alat : 

  • 12 stik es krim

Proses Pembuatan Resep Ubi Goreng Fantasi : 

  1. Campurkan ubi jalar yg sudah dihaluskan, tambahkan semua bahan, aduk rata.
  2. Ambil adonan sebanyak 60 gram, kepal-kepal dengan stik es krim di tengahnya, bentuk menyerupai es krim stik.
  3. Campurkan bahan pencelup: tepung terigu, garam dan air. Aduk rata.
  4. Celupkan ubi fantasi ke dalam bahan pencelup, kemudian balur dengan tepung panir, agak ditekan-tekan supaya panir tidak rontok.
  5. Goreng ubi goreng fantasi dengan minyak panas dan api sedang hingga matang kekuningan.
  6. Tiriskan ubi fantasi, dan hias dengan coklat blok leleh dan meses atau gumpaste mini.
  7. Ubi fantasi siap untuk disajikan selagi hangat. Mantap!
Satu resep ubi goreng fantasi ini menghasilkan 12 pcs ubi fantasi yang enak, garing di luar dan empuk di dalam. Kalau mau bikin yang lebih sedikit bisa gunakan 1/2 resep ini. 

Atau sebalikannya kalau pengin bikin yang lebih banyak boleh tambahkan ubi dan bahan-bahan lainnya sesuai kebutuhan. 

Sedikit tips kalau lagi dapat ubi yang kurang manis, boleh ditambahkan gula halusnya agar hasilnya manis kaya yang bikin hehehe.
