Sostel Sosis Telur Sayur Tanpa Mesin - Bunda, membuat makanan yang dikukus dengan plastik itu jelas tidak bagus bagi kesehatan, karena dapat memicu kangker.

Namun akhir-akhir ini banyak bertebaran resep sostel sosis telur yang disebut juga sosis telor / egg roll gass yang dibuat dengan cara dikukus dengan plastik. Ini terjadi karena mesin pecetak sostel sendiri yang harganya cukup mahal.

Sehingga banyak orang yang berkreasi membuat sostel sosis telur tanpa mesin namun banyak dengan cara yang kurang tepat. Salah satunya adalah memasukan adonan sostel ke dalam plastik es, kemudian di kukus.

Hemm, cukup miris juga sih, karena saat ini banyak orang yang memilih praktis tanpa memikirkan makanan tersebut bagi kesehatan.


Dengan ini Saya akan coba membagikan salah satu resep sostel sosis telur rumahan yang dibuat tanpa mesin dan pastinya enak dan sehat dikonsumsi.

Yaitu dibuat dengan cara dicetak dengan cetakan atau loyang roti bentuk lonjong, cetakan es krim loly dan bisa juga dikukus dengan daun pisang. Namun untuk mengukus sostel dengan daun pisang harus hati-hati karna rawan bocor.


Seperti namanya, sostel alias sosis telur ini terbuat dari satu buah sosis yang dimasak dengan kocokan telur yang sudah diberi bumbu gurih lengkap dengan irisan sayuran yang semakin memberikan kenikmatan pada sostel.

Jadi menurut Saya sostel sosis telur ini cocok sekali dibuat untuk bekal anak kesekolahan dan juga bekal makan Ayah ke kantor. Anak-anak pasti suka dengan rasa sostel, mengandung sayuran yang cukup banyak menjadi salah satu cara agar anak mau makan sayur.

Berikut Bahan-bahan dan Cara Membuat Sostel Sosis Telur Tanpa Alat lengkap dengan irisan sayuran seperti wortel, kol dan juga daun bawang. Mari disimak!

Sostel Sosis Telur Sayur Pedas


Bahan Bumbu Sostel :

  • Telur 6 butir
  • Sosis 12 pcs
  • Wortel 4 buah
  • Kol secukupnya
  • Daun bawang 2 batang, iris halus
  • Royco penyedap rasa 1 bungkus
  • Lada bubuk 1 sendok teh
  • Bon cabe secukupnya, jika suka

Langkah Membuat Sostel Sosis Telur : 

  1. Parut wortel kecil kecil, lanjut iris kol dan daun bawang.
  2. Selanjutnya kocok telur berserta royko, bon cabai secukupnya dan lada bubuk.
  3. Masukan sosis satu persatu ke dalam loyang lonjong atau cetakan es krim, lalu masukan sayuran yang sudah diiris tadi isi sesuai selera.
  4. Setelah semua terisi sosis dan sayuran, masukan kocokan telur perlahan secukupnya.
  5. Masukan kedalam kukusan, kukus kurang lebih selama 8 menit.
  6. Keluarkan dari loyang atau cetakan, lalu tiriskan. Tusuk dengan tusukan sate. 
  7. Bisa langsung di makan atau di goreng lagi dan dii sajikan dengan saus lengkap dengan mayonaisnya.

Nah mudah bukan proses pembuatan sostel ini? Mulai sekarang katakan stop membeli sostel di pedagang keliling maupun penjual di jajanan mall! Karena pastinya lebih hemat dan irit dibanding membelinya dengan harga 7-15rb per sate sostel.
